Please note: 2007 prices will be held over for a 2008 vacation if confirmed bookings are taken before end of 2007.

When calculated per person, six people taking a vacation in our beautiful villa with your own pool and all the comforts of home often works out to less than the cheapest motel or hotel package vacation!

Discounts are available for stays of three weeks or more - please ask for details.

Rental Rates 2007 - 2008

All rates are based on UK£ with US dollar rate based on prevalent exchange rate at time of confirmed booking (£1.00 : $1.95 as at April 1st 2007).
Rates are the same throughout the year, with an additional premium of £50 per week for any weeks that include Christmas, New Year or Easter holidays.

£450.00 / $880.00 per 7 nights

all local and state taxes
unlimited wireless internet
unlimited landline telephone calls to geographical numbers in USA, UK, Canada and some other countries
utilities
cleans

3% charge will be made on all credit Cards processed for the booking of our Luxury Gulf Coast Villa

The above rates are for 7 nights minimum stay - please contact us if you wish to enquire about stays of less than 7 nights
The price in dollars is representative only - actual price in dollars will vary according to prevalent exchange rate.

Other optional additional charges:

Welcome pack : We are able to arrange for a Welcome Pack of basic refreshments to be waiting for you on arrival at the villa. The optional Welcome Pack consists of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and bottle of soda and is available for a fee of $25.00 including fees to local agent and cost of provisions.
